Our Attorneys

Matthew J. Osman was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2001 and served in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps. During his time in the Navy he prosecuted and defended service members during courts-martial and administrative proceedings, and also served as a legal advisor for an overseas naval base. Matt graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, earning a B.A. in American History in 1997. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. He is also a member of the Mecklenburg County and North Carolina Bar Associations.

Matt practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Consumer Litigation, General Civil Litigation and Misdemeanor Criminal Defense.
