Zach Jackson joined the law firm of Weaver, Bennett & Bland, P.A. in February 2009Zach Jackson joined the law firm of Weaver, Bennett & Bland, P.A. in February 2009. Mr. Jackson works primarily in Business Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. After graduating, he sat for and passed the North Carolina and Virginia Bar Exams. Mr. Jackson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Campbell University where he majored in Business Administration with a Specialty in Trust and Investment Management and minored in Financial Planning. Mr. Jackson also received his Masters of Business Administration from Campbell University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jackson gained experience working as a Trust Officer with Bank of America in Charlotte, NC. While attending law school, he gained additional experience working with North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Sarah Parker. Since graduating in 2007, Mr. Jackson has worked as an attorney in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and business law. Mr. Jackson has drafted wills, trusts, powers of attorney and more in order to develop personalized plans to meet the needs of his clients. He has served as the administrator of several estates and has experience assisting executors and administrators with the administration of estates. Mr. Jackson has also assisted business owners in numerous areas including business formation, commercial transactions, and business succession planning. Mr. Jackson has worked evenings as an adjunct college professor in the area of business law. Mr. Jackson has been married to his wife Jennifer since August 2007. Zach and Jennifer enjoy participating in local civic activities and are active members of the Matthews United Methodist Church. |
