Record Jury Verdict Upheld

The North Carolina Court of Appeals in the case of Grace R.Waldon, et al. v. Danny L. Burris et. al. upholds and modifies a record jury verdict won by attorney Michael David Bland in a Union County corporate piracy case involving the misappropriation of a government contract to operate a waste water treatment facility on an Air Force base.
